Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and service

These Terms govern Forus Flow, provided by Forus Digital Ltda. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Forus Flow offers an AI copilot for reflection on body, mind, work, habits, money, and relationships, with the history and account and workspace controls available in the product. Conversations help examine situations and organize the person's own conclusions; they do not provide individualized professional advice.

2. Account, ownership, and conduct

Provide accurate information, protect credentials, and take responsibility for account activity. The system, code, models, interface, brand, and infrastructure belong to Forus Digital Ltda. or its licensors. Your messages remain yours and your responsibility.

Do not use the service for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, rights-infringing activities or conduct that harms security or availability.

3. AI and limits

AI may make factual, interpretive, attribution, or synthesis errors. Results, change within a deadline, and complete memory are not guaranteed. The service does not replace doctors, nutritionists, exercise professionals, therapists, or other qualified professionals. It does not prescribe diets, workouts, or treatment or set body, weight, or appearance goals. In intense distress, care and guidance toward professional help take priority.

References must distinguish quotation, paraphrase, and interpretation. Public-domain originals may have protected translations; check rights and attribution before publishing.

4. Purchases and sessions

The new session model is being rolled out. It provides for fixed scope and price, individual sessions, discounted packages without expiry, and a free first session. Reflection Diagnosis and Quarterly Portrait are planned as separate, nonclinical artifacts. Confirm availability, total price, and terms before purchasing.

In this model, the type and verifiable objective are selected before starting. Completion occurs when the deliverable is produced and shown, not through message count or the AI's decision alone. Another topic needs its own scope. An unachievable objective means honest closure without charging. Chat alone does not prove a purchase, commercial completion, or refund.

Earlier plan or credit purchases retain the terms disclosed at purchase, including renewal and cancellation where applicable, until a communicated migration. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.

5. Moderation, closure, and contact

Forus Flow may restrict messages or accounts that violate these Terms, law, or third-party rights. You may stop a conversation or end the relationship; interruption is not proof of completed delivery. Retention and data requests follow the privacy policy and applicable law.
