1. Introduction

Forus Digital Ltda. protects the privacy, security, and personal data of people using Forus Flow. This Policy explains information processing under applicable law, including Brazil's LGPD.

2. Data collected

We collect data needed to operate the service: identification and authentication; messages and conversation context; preferences and memory when enabled; purchase and payment data, including existing plan or credit records; and technical data such as IP address, device, browser, logs, and necessary cookies.

3. Use and artificial intelligence

We use data to provide reflection conversations across six areas of life, preserve available continuity, operate account and workspace controls, provide support, process payments, maintain security and stability, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Messages and context are processed to formulate questions and organize reflections. Memory may contain stated objectives, routine constraints, choices, and recurring themes. This is not a clinical diagnosis or a guarantee of access to the full history. Inferences must not be presented as facts about the person.

Forus Flow does not sell, rent, or monetize prompts, messages, or personal data with advertisers. AI providers are subject to security and confidentiality obligations.

4. Sensitive and third-party data

Share only what is necessary. Avoid passwords, banking details, medical records, and sensitive information. You need not disclose clinical data to reflect on your routine.

If you include third-party personal data, you must have a lawful basis, provide required information, address data subjects' rights, and use the data only for lawful purposes. Forus Flow processes it as needed to provide the service. Individual reflections should not be saved in shared workspace context.

We share data with providers necessary for operations or when required by law. We apply technical and organizational measures and retain data as needed for the service, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention. Unlimited storage is not guaranteed.

The product proposal provides for open-format export and notice before removal. Confirm availability with support; deletion requests, legal obligations, and retention exceptions remain applicable.

6. Rights and contact

You may request access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, sharing information, and withdrawal of consent where applicable. Your messages remain yours. Use the Help Center to exercise rights or ask about delivery formats and retention.
