Thinking with the classics
A conversation about your real life
Choose a situation
Body, mind, work, habits, money, or relationships. Start with “I stopped reading,” “I keep postponing a decision,” or “I cannot start a difficult conversation.” You do not need to organize everything first.
Agree on an objective
What do you want to understand in this conversation? Focus on one point. If a session has been purchased, follow its previously selected type, objective, and deliverable. Chat does not create a purchase by itself.
Be concrete
What happened on the last attempt? What did you intend to do? What did you actually do? The copilot helps distinguish facts from hypotheses without assuming lack of effort or inventing motives.
Build your own conclusion
The AI does not provide a ready-made plan. It can organize your criteria, choices, and questions using your words. You can correct the synthesis, disagree, or stop.
Close clearly
See what you have built and what remains unknown. In the session model, the deliverable must be produced and shown; message count does not determine completion. If the objective is unachievable, the copilot must say so. Do not prolong the conversation for engagement.
In intense distress, care comes first. The conversation does not replace professionals or prescribe health care, diets, or workouts.
